Energy Landscape Construction
We construct and analyse energy landscapes for targets where a single structure is not enough. The service is designed for teams working on existing, emerging, or stalled targets who need a clearer view of the accessible state space, transition routes, cavities, surface regions, and points of molecular contact.
Customers receive a structured landscape model together with expert interpretation. The emphasis is not only on producing coordinates or simulation outputs, but on giving the discovery team another view of the target: a bird's-eye view of stable states and pathways, and a practical assessment of where binding opportunities may exist.
The work is guided by structural-biology and energy-landscape expertise. It can provide a low-overhead way to test whether a target has hidden tractable states, whether a proposed binding region is dynamically plausible, and which conformations should be prioritised for screening, modelling, or experimental follow-up.
