Energy Landscape Construction
We construct and analyse energy landscapes to identify stable states, transition routes, cavities, surface regions, and plausible binding opportunities, with interpretation guided by structural-biology and energy-landscape expertise. This gives discovery teams a structured, and often markedly different, perspective on the target state space. It is especially useful when a single structure is not sufficient to represent the target adequately, or to identify opportunities for selectivity.

High-Throughput Landscape Screening
High-throughput landscape screening evaluates compounds across selected target states, cavities, and regions of an energy landscape rather than against a single static structure. Campaigns can use DOHD ROTU chemical spaces or customer-supplied compounds, with results delivered as raw LN Harbour datasets or ranked according to agreed project-specific criteria.
